Tom's Verdict
☕ I went into Pour Decisions expecting a fairly relaxed and cosy café management game. While it certainly has those cosy elements, I quickly discovered that running a successful coffee shop can be surprisingly hectic. Between serving customers, preparing drinks and keeping everything flowing smoothly, there is a lot more going on than I initially expected.
🥛 What makes the game stand out is the hands-on drink preparation. Rather than simply clicking a button and waiting for an order to complete, you're actively involved in making each drink yourself. It creates a much stronger connection to the day-to-day running of the café, but it also adds a layer of pressure when customers are waiting and orders start piling up.
👍 Pour Decisions ended up being more challenging and more engaging than I expected. If you're looking for a cosy management game with a little more interaction and a little less automation, there's a lot to enjoy here. Just be aware that running a successful café can become surprisingly hectic, especially once customers start arriving faster than you can comfortably serve them.
